JMC Electric Ltd is a growing company looking to hire full-time Licensed Electricians who can work independently and are great team players. Here at JMC Electric Ltd, we believe that as an Electrician, you are a key member of the team as you are dealing firsthand with our clients and coordinating projects. As a fast-growing company, we are looking to develop and promote team members into leadership and project management roles. We will invest the necessary time and effort into training and developing your skills as an Electrician.

Our area of work is new construction, repair, maintenance, and service. We work on projects ranging from small residential installations to large-scale commercial projects. Our goal is to always challenge ourselves and team members to learn new skills and deliver amazing results for our clients!

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Comprehension of the CEC Safety Codes and Ensuring safe work practices, policies, and procedures are followed at all times

• Quoting new projects and working with client requests

• Read and Interpret blueprints, diagrams, electrical drawings, take-offs, and schematics to construct electrical systems

• Knowledge and or experience in working with residential and commercial services

• Identify material quantities needed for jobs

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Communication skills both verbal and written

• Multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Must be willing to work independently as well as working cooperatively in a team environment

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Electrical License in the province of Ontario 309A Journeyman Electrician

• Valid Driver's Licence & Good Standing Driving Record

• Self Motivated and Positive Professional Attitude
